This cause having been heard on February 25, 1974 on the
Rule to Show Cause previously entered herein on December 28, 1973,

and the State Attorney and the~ Respondent and his counsel having {

been present, and it appearing to the Court that the Respondent is ;

completely current on the payments ordered made by him by this Court ~
on April 12, 1973, and it further appearing to the Court that the
announcement made by this Court at the hearing on April 9, 1973 in-
cluded the fact that Five Dol?,,,ars ($5.00) of each Zlaenty Dollar ($20.00)
weekly payment was to apply on the arrearage in support payments, and
` it further appearing to the Court that this determination was omitted ;

~ It is ORDERED as follows:
~ 1. The Order entered herein April 12, 1973 is amended to
~ ~
~ read that the Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner for the benefit

~ of the minor children, LAURA FLOREK and JOHIJ FLORF~EC, the sum of ;

Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per week plus F'ive Dollars ($5.00) per week
on the arrearage in child support and an additional $1.00 for payment €
