This cause was heard, upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause and the consent of the persons
involved, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner
is desirous of adopting the adult sought to be adopted and _
that the bes't interest of the parties will be promoted by the
adoption, and that the consent of the natural mother of the

r adoptee and the spouse of the adoptee have been filed herein, ~

i and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is "

y ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the adult involved is declared

= to be the legal child of the Petitioner, CIDRIC HARRY EMERSON,

a and is given the name of JAMES EDWARD EMERSON, by which name

~ he shall hereafter be knawn, and it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JAMES IDWARD EMERSON is the

~ legal heir of the Petitioner,CEDRIC HARRY EMERSON, entitled to

~ all rights and privileges as said legal heir.
