Beginning at the Soutihwest corner of said Section 18, thence
run North along the West Line of said Section 18, a distance
of 60 feet; thence run East a distance of 125 feet, more or
less, to the Southwest corner of Lot 14, Block 34 of INDRIO
UNIT #2, as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 45
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence
continue F.ast along the South boundaxy of said Block 34 of
INDRIO UNIT ~2 to the Southeast corner of said Block 34; thence
run South a distance of 60 feet, more or-less, to the South
boundary line of said Section 18; thenr_e run West along the
South boundary line of said Section lb, a distance of 825
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
All roads as shown on the Plat of INDRIO UNIT #2, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book S, Page 45 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida which lie West
of the westerly right-of-way line of Avenue D and East of
easterly right-of-way line of Avenue E and South of southerly
