hereby stipulate'that the above-captioned case, heretofore set for
trial on the 28th day of February, 1974,.be removed from the docket
and continued until motion for hearing by either party, or untiZ fnrther
order of Court, for the reason that the plaintiff's wife is ill and in

the hospital in Alabama, and that the plaintiff is unable to leave her
