289 , securing the payment of the sum of

has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Cferk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
