Statutes, in Official Record Book ~.38_, pages>> 5- of the public records of S t. Luc i e County Florida.
In this instrument the singular shal) include the plurol and the masculine shall intlude the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obtigations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, exec~tors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
