FINAL JUDGMLNT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 27th day of February, 1974
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is;::irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follo~ws:
i 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD

WAYNE GRAY and DIANA RUTH GRAY be and the same is hereby dissolved
i

~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
~
° the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
~
Z
~ the obligations arising therefrom.

S 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement stipulated
~ to by attorneys of record for the husband and wife is hereby
~ approved and based on said stipulation the wife shall transfer °
~
~ :
~ all interest she now has in three (3) lots located in New Mexico r
~
~ in the Albuquerque area and the wife shall execute all documents
a~
~ necessary to transfer full ownership of said property to the
~
husband. The husband shall be responsible for making all payments
on said property. The wife shall turn over to the attorney repre- ~
.
~ senting the husband all credit cards which she naw holds and which
~ belong to the husband, including her government ID card. The
