in his possession and the wife will execute any papers necessary
to transfer the full ownership of said nwtor vehicle to the
husband. The husband shall be responsible for making all payments
on said autoraobile which is presently financed at the Sun Bank of
St. Lucie County.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME. DIANA RUTH GRAY be and she is
hereby.authorized to assume her former name of DIANA RUTH TUCRER
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
other or any memebers of the other party's family. F
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court detenaines the sum of

vices herein and DONALD WAYNE GRAY, the husband is ordered to
pay said attorney said sum together with costs herein assesed at
