na!ed by the undersigned from time to time) ihat 1he said premises are not in a reasonable state of

w;thin the immediate vicinity, the uridersigned agrees to accomplish ihe required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set torth in smd notice within l5 days after receipt ot same.
