FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial on February 15, 1974, upon the evidence pre-
sented, after having been given full consideration, the Court finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
that the marriage between the parti~es is irretreivably broken and the parties
hereto are entitled to a dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the Husband, JAMES D. -
REVELLE and the Wife, NANCY REVELLE, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~
; 2. ALIMONY. Commencing on the lst day of March, 1974, Husband shall pay ~

~ to the Clerk of St. Lucie County, the sum of $100.00 per month as rehabilitative
alimony for wife, said payments to continue for a period of six (6) months, ter-

~ minating with a final payment on August l, 1974. In addition there is hereby '
;
~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. -

j Husband and Wife are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
~ -
~ mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
~ 3: AWARD OF AUTOMOBILE. Wife is hereby awarded the 1973 Ford Torino
~
~ automobile owned by the parties and Husband is ordered to convey to Wife all 5

his right, title and interest in said automobile. Husband is ordered to pay `

~ the indebtedness outstanding against said automobile as same becomes due.

- 4. AWARD OF MEDICAL EXPENSES. Husband is hereby ordered to pay all hospital, ~
~
. ~
~ medical and doctor's expenses incurred as a result of the automobile accident in ~
which Wife was involved November 27, 1973. ~
