'l~is. cause came on before this Court upon the Plaintiff's Petition for
Removal of Tenant and the Court havir.g benefit of argwmenta of both parties
and an agreement being reached in Court, it is upon
CONSIllERATION, OItllF.ttEU and ADJUllGEll that the Defen+dan[ shall vacate the
premises located at 945 Pine Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, no later than ten
days from the date of Court, said date being February 2'L, 1974. If the
Defendant haa not vacated said premises, the Plaintiff may pick up from the
Clerk of this Court a Writ of Possession on or after March 5, 197'+.
