Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded.in Official Records Book 168, Page 1348, et se . of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida as amended by Agreement dated January 31, .
1.969 recorded in Book 175, Page 1682 et se . said Public Records ("Lot").
As provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of
Florida (Chapter 711, et se . 1965 as subsequently amended) said description
in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the
condominium parcel above described, includi~ng the limited common elements
assigned thereto, ana including the undivided interest in the common elements
of said Condominium. Subject to: Taxes and assessments for the year 1974
and subsequent years. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of
record. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto, as
amended, and_the Articles of Incorporation of the Associatian named in said
Declaration of Condominium. Subject to a certain Purchase Money Mortgage
between J. Lynn Stephens, Elaine O. Lane, and Violet J. Sidebottom, and
Venture Out In America at Indian River, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, and payable
to Venture Qut In America at Indian River, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, or any
~ther placP as may be designated by Venture Out in America at Indian River,
Inc., dated February 3, 1973,- in the sum of $7,851.00, and recorded in Official
~ecords Book 212, page 1777, anc~ now expressly assumed by grantees, including
terms and conditions therein set forth; this being the same property conveyed
to J. Lynn Stephens, Elaine O. Lane, and Violet J. Sidebottom in Warranty
Deed, dated February 3, 1973, and recorded ir. Official Records Book 212,
page 1776, under Clerk's file #251150, of the public records of St. Lucie
Count~, Florida.
` _oGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with every
::riviledge, right, title, interest and estate, dower and right of dower, rever-
