FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 27th day of February, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideratio:i to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court lias jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that tne relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; anci that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAUL E.
i SELPH, JR., and KATIE L. SELPH be, and it is hereby, dissolved, and
~ the parties, and each of them, are hereby £orever freed from the bonds
i
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the ogligations
~
~
; arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of TROY SELPH, son, aged 7 years;

~ BRIDGET SELPH, daughter, now aged 6 years; and CH RISTINE SELPH, daughter,

~ now aged 3 years, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to

~ PAUL E. SELPH, JR., with reasonable visitation right reserved to the

~ 3. PROPF.RTY. That the F~ife be, and s~e is hereby, ordered

~ to convey all of her right, title and interest in and to that certain
£ mobile home, ow:~ed jointly by the parties, to-wit: 1971 Buddy Mobile
~ H~m.e, Model - Sun Valley, 12' x 64', Serial Number SF3507-E, located

at 3111 Orange Avenue, For~ Pierce, Florida, subject to an existing
mortgage to Atlantic National Bank of Winter Park, unto the Husband,
