the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This is a purchase money mortgage given to secure the balance ~
of the purchase price of the property hereinabove described,
suliject to a first mortgage.
Failure of the mortgagors herein, or their heirs or assigns,
to comply with the terms and conditions of the first mortgage
shall give the mortgagees herein, their heirs and assigns,
the right to declare all sums due under this mortgage imme-
diately due and payable, or at their option to pay the sums
due under the first mortgage aforesaid, and such sums, when
so paid, shall be secured by the lien of this mortgage.
