Plaintiffs' Motion for a Protective Order, Motion to Dismiss and
Motion to Strike and the same having been argued by counsel for

j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. That the Motion to Dismiss be ar~d the came is hereby

g 2. That the Motion to Strike be and the same is hereby

~ denied.
~ 3. That the Motion for a Protective Order is hereby

~ denied but that the Defendants are permitted to copy the income
~ -
" tax returns of the Plaintiffs as requested in their Motion for
= production and copying; provided, however, the copies of said
~
~ income tax returns shall not be published by the Defendants but
shall be used only in the litigation now pending between the
1 parties hereto. and for no other purpose.
