pleadings to the Affirmative Defenses and Counterclaim filed by the ~
Defendants against the Plaintiffs.
5. That the Defendants shall have the right to examine,
inspect and copy the income tax returns of the Plaintiffs tor the
years 1969, 1970. 1971 and 1972 at the office of Willes, Bittan &
Willes, 201 S. 2nd Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida on March 4, 1974 or
within one week thereafter.
