Before me this day personally appeared JEAN GUY GAGNON
and LINDA M. GAGNON, his wife, who, being duly sworn, depose and
say as follows:
This Affidavit, made this ~ S~ctay of February, 1974,
is made for the sole purpose of correcting the legal description
in that certain warranty deed executed by the Affiants on February
23, 1973, and recorded in Official Record Book 211, Page 869, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, whereby the
Affiants, as grantors, erroneously stated the legal description
of the parcel of real estate conveyed to JESSE W. PORTER and SALLY
W. PORTER, his wife, as grantees.
The correct legal descriptior, for the property intended
to be conveyed by this transaction and in the.warranty deed described
above should have been as follows:

; Being a part of Lots 4, 6, and 8, of Block 6, MARAVILLA
PLAZA SUBDIVISION, according to plat thereof filed in
r Plat Book 5, Page 44, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida; the boundary of parcel herein described as follows:

3 SUBDIVISION, run South along the East right of way line
; of Forest Place 93.7 feet to the Point of Beginning of
