thereof, or to any other real estate deeded to them as Trustees
hei•eunder, that they ~vill hold the same for the uses and pur-
poses and upon the Trusts hereinafter set forth. That the
said Trustees hereby further acknowledge and declare that
they will hold, dispose of and convey the above described
real property or any part thereof, and all the proceeds re-
ceived by them through the sale of said property or any part
thereof, either by way of cash or mortgage money payments, in
trust for the use and benefits of the beneficiaries of this
lleclaration of Trust and Agreement and their respective ad-
ministrators, successors and assigns, according to their
respective interest as hereinafter set forth.
