the beneficiaries hereunder, of all or any part of their interest
in this Trust, notice of their intention to sell must be given
to the Trustees at their address; within ten (10) days after
receipt of such notice, the Trustees will, by registered mail,
inform all of the other benef icial interest holders hereunder
of the intention to sell all or any portion of said interest .

after the receipt of such notice from the Trustees by the
other beneficial interest holders, they may notify the Trustees
of their intention to exercise the option hereby granted, to
other benef icial interest holders to purchase all or any portion
of the beneficial interest intended to be sold by the interest
holder desiring to sell. Such interest share in this Trust
so intended to be sold is to be divided equally among other
interest holders hereunder who desire to purchase the same,
; as they shall indicate by sending to the Trustees notice of
~ intention to do so. The price at which the other benef icial

~ interest holders hereunder may purchase the said interest which

is off ered for sale shall be an amount equal to the original
~
~ capital investment of the selling beneficial interest holder,
~ made at the time of the purchase of the above described pro-
~
~ perty by the Trustees, plus any additional sums paid by said
~ selling interest holder towards principal installments on any
~
~
~ mortgage or mortgages encumbering said property, together
~ with interest thereon at the rate of Six (6p) per cent per
annum, simple interest only, not compounded, for the period
~ of time that such payments have been made by the selling
= interest holder. The price at which such interest may be
purchased will not include any payments theretofore made by

the selling interest holder for Trustees' expenses, taxes,

interest on any mortgage or mortgages encumbering the property
