for operating and managing expenses incurred by the Trustees.
Such sums of money are to be deposited by the purchasing
interest holders with the Trustees informing them of such
interest sale. Upon the deposit of such suaas with the
Trustees, the selling interest holder s~all eaecute an assign-
ment of all or such part af the interest to be sold on a form
prescribed by the Trustees, assigning such interest or portion
thereof to such other interest holders who have deposited the
purchase price therefor with the Trustees, dividing such
interest to be sold equally among them. If the purchase
price as prescribed herein has not been deposited With the
Trus~ees within said thirty (30) day period by the interest
holder or holders desiring to purchase then all rights of
other interest holders to purchase all or any part of the
interest of the selling beneficiary hereunder, shall terminate
; and the selling benef iciary shall then have full right to
~ sell that portion of interest, as to which notice of intention
` to sell had been given, to any person or corporation, subject
~ however to all the provisions of this.Trust Agreement.

~ (9) That the beneficiaries hereunder and anyone

~ succeeding to their_interests or ownership, upon written demand
- by the Trustees, shall and hereby agree to pay in advance such

~ sums as may be necessary for the payment of taxes and for pay-
~ ments due and to become due upon the mortgage indebtedness

~ upon the above described property or any part thereof, or for

~ the purpose of paying any other proper obligations of the trust
~
~a in the ratio or proportion to their interest or ownership.

Such assessments that are levied by the Trustees from time to
time shall be and constitute a lien in f avor of the Trustees
against the proportionate interests of the beneficiaries until
paid.
