the address of the Trustees in ~iami, Florida, within thirty
(30) days ~fter notice of such assessment and the amount
thereof, in writing given by the Trustees to the beneficial
interest holders, the Trustees then may:
(I) Personally advance the monies as to which
such beneficial interest holder is so delinquent, or any
other beneficiary of such Trust may advance such monies; and
the Trustees may rei.mburse themselves or the person, persons
or corporation, making such advance, for the amount thereof,
plus interest at the rate of Ten (10~) per cent per annum,
out of the first monies or property thereafter distributable
(under this Declaration of Trust and Agreement) to such
delinquent beneifcial interest holder, and in each case,
the Trustees or the person or persons ~r corporation making
such advance, shall have a li~n for the amount thereof with
interest as aforesaid, until repaid, on the units of such

; delinquent benef icial interest holder in this Trust, and
~
~ upon any subsequent income, avails and proceeds from the

~ Trust property, distributable to such delinquent beneficial
~
~ interest holder, and shall be entitled to the sale, enforce-
~
~ able on demand, of the interest of such benef icial interest
~
~ holder, in the manner as herein provided for, to pay the pro-
~
~ portionate expenses of the Trust, as advanced plus the interest
~
~ payable on said advance.

~ (II) The Trustees may, however, in lieu of advancing
~
monies as to which any benef icial interest holder may be delin-
~
quent as previously set forth in this section, upon the expira-
tion of said thirty (30) day period for the payment of assess-
ments, sell the interest of such delinquent beueficial interest
holder, or as much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the

amounts assessed against said interest, and the costs and
~`4 expenses of such sale; provided, however, that the Trustees
