in writing to the delinquent beneficialinterest nolder and all
other beneficial interest holders of the time and place of such
contemplated sale, either by delivering a copy thereof to the
beneficial interest holders in person not less than 20 days
prior to such sale or by mailing a copy thereof by Regis~ed
Mail to each delinquent beneficial interest holder not less
than 20 days prior to such sale addressed to each beaef icial
interest holder at the address of the same as it may appear
upon the books of the Trustees; and provided further that the
Trustees shall also, prior to such sale, publish a notice of
the time and place of such sale once each week for 3 conse-
cutive weeks in some daily newspaper published in Dade Countq,
Florida, and in St. Lucie County, Florida, to be selected by
the Trustees. Upon the sale of any of the benef icial interests
as herein.provided, such interests standing in the name of the
delinquent beneficial interest holder as may be sold by the
i Trustees to satisfy such assessments, shall immediately ter-

~ minate, and the Trustees shall issue to the purchaser or
~ purchasers at such sale, a certificate representing the propor-
~
t tionate share of the benef icial interest hereunder s4 purchased.

~ If any surplus results from any sale in excess of the amounts
~ of assessments, interest, costs and expenses of such sale, the

~ surplus shall be paid to the beneficial interes~ holder whose
~ ~
~ interest has been sold. -

~ (10) All monies to be paid to or collected by the
~
~
= Trustees on account of the Trust Property, by sale, contract
or in any manner shall be paid out and distributed as folloWS: ~
- (A) Taxes and assessments against the Trust
Property, when and as the same may become due,
;~s including any income or profits tau that may be
- levied or assessed against the Trustees, as
Trustees.
_ (B) To creditors of the Trust, their obligations
_ as they from time to time shall mature.
