expended by them or obligated to be expended
by them for all reasonable expe~s incident
to their management and operation of this
Trust.
(D) The remainder of the said funds shall be
distributed by the Trustees to the benef icial
interest holders in the ratio or proportion as
the interest or ownership of the benef iciaries
of the Trust entitle them.
(11) The Trustees shall keep books and records, in
which shall be entered a description of all the property from
time to time constituting the trust estate hereunder, and an
account of all receipts and disbursements, which shall be
open a.nd subject to inspection by the beneficiaries herein,
their agents or attorneys, during usual business hours, with
the right and power on their part to make copies thereof.
(12) The Trustees hereunder may at any time resign
by sending a notice of their intentions so to do by Registered
Mail to each of the then beoef iciaries hereunder at their addresses
~ last known to the Trustees. Such resignation shall become ef-

f fective 20 days after the mailing of such notices by the Trustees.

~ Should the Trusteeship become vacant by reason of the death,

~ incapacity, act, resignation or removal of the Trustees, the

~ persons constituting the majority in interest of the beneficial

~ interest holders shall have the power at any time during the

existence of this Trust, to fill such vacancy by the appoint-
~
~ ment of a successor-Trustee, such appointmeut to be in writing,
~
~ executed by the persons making the same and acknowledged in the
~
~ manner as all deeds are required to be acknowledged under the
~
Laws of the State of Florida; such successor-trustee or trustees
~
shall indicate acceptance of the trusteeship by a properly exe-

~ cuted and acknowledged instrument in the form as will entitle

~ it to be recorded. In the event that no successor in trust
is named as above provided within 20 days after the mailing
~~4 of such Notice by the Trustees, then the Trustees may convey
~
