their respective interests hereunder or the Trustees may at
their option file a bill for appropriate relief in any court
of competent jurisdction.
As set forth expressly in Paragraph 2 hereof, each
of the said Trustees herein named are also a beneficial interest
holder of at least a 1/10 interest of the property which is
the subject matter of this Trust, and the Trustees represent
and warrant to the beneficial interest holders •*.hat they are
the real owners of such at least a 1/10 interest. If at any
time during the continuation of this Trust, either of the said
Trustees shall own less than a 1/10 interest, he is to imme-

diately tender his resignation to the beneficiaries as such
Trustee, and the benef iciaries will elect a new Trustee in
accordance with the provisions thereofr contained in this
Trust Agreement. If, within 10 days from the date the said

a Trustee is not the real beneficial interest holder of at least

€ 1/10 interest, he has not so resigned, the persons constituting
~
~ the majority in interest of the benef icial interest holders
` under this Trust, may at a meeting called for such prpose,
~ remove the said Trustee, and f ill his vaca.ncy by the appoint-
~

~ ment of a successor-trustee, who shall be appointed by a vote
~ -
r of the persons constituting a majority in interest of the bene-
~
~ ficial interest holders.

~ (13) That no party dealing with the Trustees or
~
~ any successor-trustee in relation to said real estate or to
~
~ whom said real estate or any part.thereof shall be conveyed,
contracted to be sold, leased or mortgaged by the Trustees,
_ shall be obliged to see to the application of any purchase
~ money, rent or money borrowed or advanced on said real estate,
- or be obliged to see that the terms of this Trust have been
complied with, or be obliged to inquire into the authority,
