or privileged to inquire into any of the ter~s of this Trust
Agreement; and every, deed, trust deed, mortgage, lease or
other instrwnent executed by the Trustees in relation to said
real estate sball be conclusive evidence in favor of every
person relying upon or claiming thereunder:
(a) That at the time of delivery thereof, the
Trust created by this Trust Agreement ~as in
full force and effect; _
(b) That such coaveyance or other instrument _
was eaecuted in accordance with the trusts,
limitations and conditions contained in this
Declaration of Trust and Agreement and all amend-
ments thereof, if any, and binding upon all bene-
f iciaries under this Trust;
(c) That the Trustees were duly authorized and
empoWered to execute and deliver every such deed,
trust deed, lease, mortgage or other instrument;
and -
(d) That if a conveyance has been made to a suc-
cessor or successors in trust, that such successor
or successors in trust have been..properly appointed and
are fully vested with all the title estate, rights,
powers, authorities, duties and obligations of its,
; his or their predecessor in trust.

' (14) Any deed executed by the Trustees shall be a
; Trustee's Deed in the regular form, and shall contain covenants

e of warranty against acts of the Trustees only. The Trustees

~ shall not be responsible for any act, omission or default of
~ agent, employee or attorney employed by them, nor for any
~ .
~ mistake or error of judgment, nor incur any liability whatso-
~ ever, except for their individual fraud or wilful malfeasance

~ or misfeasance.

(15) Subject to the provisions hereof, a beneficial
~ interest may be subdivided by assignment as to vest in an
assignee or assignees, an undivided interest in the whole of
a previously existing beneficial interest. Uponieceipt of
_ original or duplicate original assignment as aforesaid, the
Trustees shall immediately endorse acceptance on the copy
~ thereof and deliver said copy to the assignee as and for his

u?i or her certif icate of benef icial interest hereunder.
