NESTOR MORALES, to me well koown and known to me to be the
President and Secretary respectively of ALCOVT CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation, the corporation named in the foregoing
Declaration of Trust and Agreement, as a beneficiary thereof,
and known ~o me to be the persons who as such off icers of said
