GISONDI ~ P.f'~~'a• r:;r~ Wife. i MAR I 41z PH'1~ ) ti~J~~~~ ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ This cause came on for trial the_j~~0 day o 1974, and the Court having given fnll consideration to all the evide e, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the~parties is irre- trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GEORGE GISONDI and MERLE R. GISONDI be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here- tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement aclmitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. MERLE R. GISONDI be and she is hereby anthorized to assume her former name of MERLE R. SPAULDING and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. 5. JURIS~ICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties here- to is retained for the entry of such rther rders may be proper.
