It is t;~ereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HARRY VELK and ALICE VELK be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligation arising therefrom. 2. The Husband shall repay to the tdife the swn of Six Hundred ~ Sixty Dollars ($660.00) with interest at 5;S from November 16, 1971. Said sum shall be payable at the rate of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per month. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money , order or cashier's check.
