This cause coming to be heard on February 26, 1974 on the
Wife's motion to compel answers on oral examination, and the
Court having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORD£RED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Motion to Compel Answers on Oral Examina-
tion on the part of the Wife of the witness, William Royster, be
E and the same is hereby~granted pertaining to Ohoopee Farms of

t Lyons, Georgia with the exception, however, of tlze bank statements

~ and cancelled checks on any bank for Ohoope Farms for the year 1973.

~ 2. That sanctions for the failure of the witness,

~ William Royster, to answer the questions propounded and to produce

~ the documents requested under the Subpoena Duces Tecum on behalf
~
~ of the Wife pertaining to the corporation, Ohoope Farms, Ine., be

reserved until final hearing.
