This matter coming to be heard on the plaintiff's
motion to tax costs, defendant's motion for new trial
and judgment not withstanding the verdict, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that defendant's motion for
new trial is denied; that defendant's motion for judgment
not withstanding the verdict is denied;and that the plaintiff's .
motion to tax costs is granted. The Court finds that the
~
taxable costs against General Motors is in the amount of
$781.00. Further on oral motion of the defendant, General
Motors, to set supersedeas bond, the court sets the super- -
sedeas bond in the amount of $,0~00.00.
