FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 28th day of February 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between tlie parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage_between JULIO A. OROZCO and JEAN B. OROZCO I be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of i ~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- ~ - ~ fore existing between them and from the obligations arisi.ng there- ~ r from. F ; 2. JEAIv ~i. OROZCO be and she is hereby authorized to assume § ' her former name of JEAN ANNE BLl1CK~VELDER and to use the same in all ~ $ respects as if saic~ marriage hacl not intervened. ~ 3. That both paries are hereby ordered_ to make payment of one-half of the Sears balance and the monthly payment are in the sum of $25.00. That Husband shall make payments of the following ~i 3 ~ account balances in full and shall hold the Wife harmless therefrom: ~ J. C.
