annum on the unpaid principal balance, principal and interest
becoming due and payable as fo1lo~Ys:

at which time the entire principal sum remaining unpaid

This Note may be prepaid in whole or in part at any
time after January 1, 1975_and from time to time without
penalty or premium.

CO~iPAYY OF hiTtL'~tI, as Trustee under Land Trust 757-170
in this note is $249,OQ0.00. The interest or the owner-
ship of FRANK FREEriA~, INC. in this note is ~11,200.00.
The interest or the ownership of KILGAN~tO\-NEE REALTY,
I~C. in this note is $16,800.00. The principal and
interest payments shall be paid each year to each payee
- in separate payments in the same proportion as each payee's
interest or ownership in the said note.
I~Iaker shall have no personal liability under the terms of this -
nate and Holders hereby agree that liability shall be limited
~ solely to the land encumbered b~ the martgage securing this
note.
Now, should it becoMe necessary to collect this note through an
attorney, either of us, ~vhether maker, sur~ty or endorser on
this note, hereby agree to pay aII costs of such collection
including reasonable atiorney's fee. The drac~ers and endorsers
severally waive presentr~ent of payr~ent, protest and notice ot
non-payment of this note.
, IN THE EVENT any payment of interest or principal be not paid
within thirty (s0) days after the same becomes due, the Nolders
of this note may, at their option, declare the -hole principal
