~~5~8 THIS INDENTURE, Made this llth day of Fe , 1974,
between PHILIP KURCON, JR., party of the first part, presently
of the Town of East Haddam, County of Middlesex, State of Con-
necticut, and GERALDINE K. LEWIS, party o~ the seco~id part,
whose mailing address is 690 Paddock Avenue, in the City of Mer-
iden, County of New Haven, State of Connecticut (06450);
WITNESSETH;
That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable
considerations not exceeding One Hundred Dollars, to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, receipt whereof is
hereby_acknowledged, does hereby remise, release,and forever
QUIT-CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and
being in City of Prt St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State
of Florida, to-wit:
Lots'9 and 10, Block 1136, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 9,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 39A, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. .
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limi- ,
tations and easements of record: Zoning and other regu-
latory ordinances and taxes as of record may appear.
Said premises being the same as those con~eyed to the
party o~ the first part by Warranty Deed dated Sep-
tember 10, 1970, from General Development Corporation,
the same recorded as document No. 198872, in O.R. ~
' Book 187, Page 735, of the Land Records of St. Lucie

4 County, Florida.
TO I~AVE AND TO HOLD the premises, with all the appurten-

? ances, unto the said Releasee and her heirs and assigns forever
~ so that neither the Releasor nor his heirs nor any other person
~ under him or them shall hereafter have any claim, right or

~ title in or to the premises or any part thereof, but therefrom
he and they are by these presents, forever barred and excluded.
