KNO~1 ALL MEN BY TH&SE PRffiENTS that I~ MARION A. STONE,
a widow, of St. Lucie County. Florida, do hereby constitute and
appoint my daughter and sole heir at law, MARY JANT 800TH~ of
Marico~a County, Arizona , my true and lawful
attorney in fact, for me and in my name to ask, demand, sue fort
collect, recover, receive and receipt for all sums of money,
debts, interests, dividends and demands whatsoever as are now
or shall hereafter become due,,owingf payable or belonging to
me~ to deposit in my name in any bank or banks all money
collected or received by her, to~pay any and all bills, accounts,
claims and demands now or hereafter payable by me, and to draw
checks or drafts upon all bank accounts or deposits belonging
to me. Also to lease, bargain. sell, release, cohvey and transfer
all of my real and personal property for such consideration and
upon such terms and conditions, and under such covenants, as my
attorney shall think fit,~ and also for me and in my name and as
my act and deed to sign~ se_~tlf_exe~ute~ - acknowledge and deliver
good and su~ficient deedsf bills of sale or other instruments in
connection therewith, and, in general, to do~ exec ute and perform
all other acts, deeds, matters or things whatsoever, that, in
