the Honorable C. Clyde Atkins, United States District Judge,
and the defendant having failed to appear or otherwise respond
to the complaint, as ordered by the Court, it is i

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, United -
States of America, recover of the defendant, Frank Sleeter,
7~ao hundred fifty-two thousand eight hundred forty-one dollars
and nine cents ($252,841.09) plus interest from August 3, 1973
at the daily rate of $37.7314, together with the plaintiff's
costs of action.
