FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this March 4, 1974,
and the Court having heard the testimony of the Wife, hex~ witness
as to residency, and the Husband, and from the testimony af the
Husband and the Wife it appears that the Husband desires to give
to the Wife the automobile described in Paragraph 2 of this Final
Judgment, and-it appearing to the Court from the evidence that it
has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter, that the
marriage is irretrievably broken, and that the Wife is entitled to the
car to be given to her by the Husband, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
j 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

t JOHN TRAVIS WALDRON, Husband, and JULIA SUE WALDRON, Wife, be, and ~

~ the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. TRANSFER OF AUTOMOBILE. That the 1972 Holda 2-
~ door Coupe belonging to the Husband, JOHN TRAVIS WALDRON, bearing
~
I.D. ~AN6001037489, shall be transferred to the Wife, JULIA SUE
~
~ WALDRON, subject to the loan thereon with the First National Bank
~ at Hollandale, Florida. ,
s~ ~ DONE AND ORDERED AT Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
