This matter came on to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion
~
for Contempt filed on February 4, 1974 and after argument by
counsel the Court found and determined the Defendants, E.Z.E.
Inc., D.A.D.~ Inc., Edgewater Ranches, Inc. and Indian River
Trading Corporation to be in contempt of Court. It is thereupon
ORDERED that the De£endants, E.Z.E., Inc., D.A.D.,
Inc., Edgewater Ranches, Inc. and Indian River Trading Corporatio
be and they are hereby fbund to be in contempt of Court for
tailure to comply with the Court's Order of August 17, 1973;
that said Defendants may purge themselves by complying with
the Court's Order of August 17, 1973 within 15 days from the
date hereof; and it is further

ORDERED that upon the Defendants' failure to comply

with the Court's Order of August 17, 1973 or Defendants' failure
; to post a supersedeas bond herein the Court will, upon applicatio

~ by Plaintiff, assess a fine of $150.00 per day as penalty for

~ contempt of Court, and it is further

` ORDERED that supersedeas is hereby set in the amount
~ ( of 140 000.00
