2. That the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
executed by the parties on November 6, 1973, and introduced into
evidence marked Petitioner's Exhibit A was freely entered into by
the parties after a full disclosure and under circumstances that
appear from the evidence to be for the best interests of the
parties; and in its entirety the Agreement is incorporate~ by
refererice into this judgement, and the parties are ordered to
comply with all the terms hereof.
3. That Petitioner's maiden name is restdred and she
shall be known as TINA aDAIR SPENCER hereafter.
