Tnis cause having been presented to the Court on
plaintiff's motion for entry of a final judgment and it
appearing to the court that a default has been duly and
regularly entered herein, and the court bei.ng fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon; -

LIMITED, have and recover of and from the defendant, J. LAURENT
