Race,Jr.,& Lois H.Race,his wife, said mortgage dated Decerr~er 22, 1973 and
recorded in O.R.Book 222 at Page 707 of the Public Records of St.Lucie Coufity,
Florida, for and in consideration of the sume of One DoLlar ($1.00) and
other valuable considerations to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof is •
hereby acknowledged, has contracted and agreed and by these presents does
contract and agree that the said real estate mot•tgage above r~ferred to and
as to all its ri~;hts and interest thereunder shall be subordinate and
subject to that certain moi•tgage given by P1iZ1-Race Properties, A General
Partnership Under Florida La~v, to ~tutual Life Insurance Company of New York
dated ~e4,. t) 19,~~4 , and recorded in O.R.Book Q2.4 at page1660
of fihe Public Rc~c ro
ds of St.Lucie County, Flori.da, in the amo~int of
Two Hundi•ed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($260,000.00) upon the real estate
dc~scribed in said mortgage. ~
The Gulf-Atlantic Production Credit Association of Lakeland, Ftorida
does fiirther contract and agree that tlie aforesaid mortgage from Piill-Race
Properti~s, A General Partnership Under Florida Law, to Mutual Life
Insurance Conipany of New York s}~all have priprity af lien over the afore-
said real estate mortga~e held by the said 6ulf-Atlairtic Production Credit
Association upon all of the said real estate and all rights therein.
IN WITNESS W}~RF.OF, the undersigned has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its President , pursuant
to fihe authority conferred by the by-laws of said corporation, and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 27day of Fe ruary, 1974.
