WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the ~lday of
, 1974, by TAYLOR CORPORATION, a corporation

existing under the laws of Florida, and having its principal glace
of business at Stuart, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to JOSEPHINE K. TAYLOR, whose post office address is 206 Atlanta ~
Avenue, Stuart, Florida 33494, hereinafter called the.Grantee:
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release. convey and confirm unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 9, and the East 5 feet of
the vacated alley on the West, FT. PIERCE HFIGHTS,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1,
Page 39, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
SUBJECT TO easements, reservations and restrictions of
record and ta taxes for 1974 and subsequent years.

purtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with sazd Grantee that
it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good
right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that it
` hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that
"said land is free of all encumbrances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Grantor has caused these presents
to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
