a corporation existing under tye laws of the State of Florida, of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations in
lawful money of the United States, to it in hand paid by -

Party of the second part, at or before the unsealing and dellvery of

bargain, aell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a
certain indenture of mortgage bearing date May 26th, 1972,

Nwaber 234790 , Public Records of St. Lucie , County, Florida, upon the
following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being in St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, to-vit: ~

according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat

Together vith the note or obligation deacribed in said mortgage, and the money due and
to become due thereon. vith interest accrued and owing thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said par[y of the second part, it successors and
assigns forever; the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by
