IQ~IOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT
J. T. STEWART MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC.
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations in
laaful money of the United States, to it in hand paid by
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOMESTEAD, HOMESTEAD, PENNSYLVANIA
Party of the second part, at or before the unsealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. has granted, bargained,
sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does hereby grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a
certain indenture of mortgage bearing date Sept~ber 26th, 1973,
made by JOSEPH EDWARD DUVALL and MAYME T~. DWALL, his wife,
and recarded in Off icial Records Book 219 , page 277 , or under Clerk's FiZe
Number 2(~ysgy , Public Records of St. Lucie , County, Florida, upon the
folloWing described piece or parcel of land, situated and being in St. Lucie
County, State of F2orida, to-wit:
Lot 28 and the North 10 feet of ~
Lot 27 , Block 49 , BILTMORE PARK, -
according to the Plat.thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 4, at Page 52, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money due and
to become due thereon. with interest accrued and owing thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party.of the second part, it successors and
assigns forever; the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by
its_Treasurer this 19th day of February , 19 ~4 .
