LUCIE COUNTY as the duly qualified and acting Executor oi the Last Will and Testament of Isabel Morrow Cooke, deceased, late of said county, as party of the first part, and CARL A. RIECK and JEAN E. ~ RIECI~, his wife, as to an undivided one-half interest, and MICHAEL KARDASH and ELEANOR A. KARDASI3, his wife, as to an undivided one-half interest, with mailing address of 2418 Tamarind Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida - 3 3450, as parties of the second part: . WITNESSETH: That Isabel Morrow Cooke died November 25, 1973 leaving _ her Last Will and Testament which was duly admitted to probate and record in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on November 27, 1973; . which VVill named party of t he first part as Executor thereof, and Letters Testa- - mentary issued to party of the first part on November 27, 1973, and which~~ill bestowed upon party of the first part as E xecutor full and complete power to sell at public or privat e sale to any purchaser, for cash or upon credit, real or per- sonal property ; and party of the first part in pursuance of said power of sale having contracted to sell the hereinafter described real and personal property to parties of the second part; NOV~ , THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing a nd i n further con- - sideration of the sum of Forty Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($40, 100. 00) pur- chase money paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of this deed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the p ar.ty of the first part has sold and con- veyed, and does hereby sell and convey unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situated in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and described as follows: Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, FT. Rieck and Jean E. ~ Rieck, his wife,/ eirs and assigns, as to an undivided one-half interest, and ~ the said Michael Kardash and Eleanor A.
