SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage to Federal Land Bank of
Columbia filed of record in Official
Record Book 1~17 , page ~/D~~ of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; in the original principal sum
of $120,000.00
TOGETHER with a11 the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the said Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee, except
as above noted, that at Che time of the delivery of this deed the pre-
mises were free from all encumbrances made by him, and that he will
warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of
all persons claiming by, through or under him, but againsC none other.
