FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of February, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

; 1. The marriage between CHARLES MELEAR and JERRI MELEAR

~ be and th~ same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of

~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
~
~ fore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-

~ from.

~ 2. Custody of LORI ANN MELEAR, minor child of the
~
~ parties, is hereby awarded to JERRI MELEAR with reasonable visi-
~
~
~ tation rights reserved to CHARLES MELEAR.
~ 3. The Child Custody, Support, Alimony and Property
~
Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated
~ herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the

provisions thereof.
