ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICL6S OF AGREEMENT
KNOW all men of these presents, in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration this date paid to the
undersigned by E. G. LEDLOW, the receipt whereof, is hereby adknowledged
GARLAND VANCE and DONNA J. VANCE, his wife, to hereby assign, convey and
transfer to the said E. G. LEDLOW, all of their rights existing under
and by virtue of that certain Agreement for Deed between LLOYD TAYLOR
and CLOTILDE TAYLOR, his wife, as seller and the said GARLAND VANCE
