Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared Charles R. P. Brown who upon being duly sworn
did say as follows:
That he knows of his own personal knowledge
that W. L. Ruble and Ethel J. Ruble were continuously
married and without interruption of marriage from the
date of acc;uisition of property acquired by them
by V7arranty Deed dated June 6, 1949 and recorded in Deed
Book 149, Page 451, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, until the date of death of said ~V. L.
Ruble on or about July 27, 1953.
