I HEREBY C~RTIFY that on this day, before me~ an officer
duly authorized by the State and County aforesaid~ to ake acknow-
ledgments, personally appeared HARRY REINHART, to me known, and
he acknowledged to me the following:
1. That he is a partner of that certain Florida partner-
ship kno~,m as "A. C. MILLER COVCRETE PRODUCTS". -
2. That he signed and executed the Articles of Partner-
ship of "A. C. riILLEF, CO'_vCRF.TF. PRODL'CTS" on January 1, 1972 , and
that the Articles consisted of sixteen (16) pages.
3. That on January 1, 1972 the same Articles of Partner-
ship were also signed by Arthur C. Miller and William H. I~Iiller.
4. That the partnership known as "A. C. MILLER CONCRETE
PRODUCTS" is still active and in existance; that from January 1,
1972 until the date of this Affidavit the only persoris having
; any interest is the said partnership are: ARTHUR C. MILLER,
