I NEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer
duly authorized by the Stare and County aforesaid, to take
acknowZedgments, personally appeared WILLIAM H. MILLER and
ARTHUR C. MILLER, to me known, and they acknowledged to me that
they signed and executed ARTICLES OF PARTNF.RSHIP, dated January
1, 1972. That the ARTICLES OF PARTNERSHIP consisted of sixteen
